    Products must have been purchased directly from Shiva Computer or an authorized reseller.

    RMA requests must be submitted within the warranty or return period, as specified at the time of purchase.

    The item must have a valid serial number and proof of purchase.

    Items must be in original condition, excluding damage covered under warranty.
